THE FIRST AUTOMATIC ROBOT TO INSTALL EJECTION RUBBER ON THE DIE

• Rubbot 2100 can process dies up to 2100x1400mm, using working areas for five different kinds of cut rubber. Thickness of the rubber can go from 7 to 11 mm.

• The stand-alone system uses advanced axis system to position cut shapes of ejection rubber onto flatbed dies; in order to go for a correct positioning Rubbot 2100 is equipped with camera control device and an automatic centring system for the die able to detect morphological distortions on dieboard.

• An innovative end effector (pick up device) does not compromise the elastic response of the rubber. Now there are TWO effectors on the head Rubbot is 30% faster than before!

• We developed internally a control software for the machine; this software manages splitting, nesting and generation of the rubbering files in 3 clicks, in a fully automatic way without any interference with the job of the CAD office. The machine interfaces with the most common rubber cutting machines on the market, automatically supplying the cutting files used for processing.

• Rubbot 2100 is an extremely easy to use machine with no needs of specific skills.

• Rubbot 2100 works with self-adhesive ejection rubber.

• We can supply specific software interface being able to connect with specific users’ control systems (ERP). The costs connected to the development of this interfaces can be calculated case by case.
