2 new experts join forces with Serviform America
Serviform America was established to provide machine installations, training, service and parts, for all machines sold by their North American sale partners Carton Craft Supply, Inc. and NADSG. Ensuring the diemaking and diecutting industries have robust support with the efficient supply of parts, service and training for all of our customers throughout North America.
Serviform America's primary focus is to provide training, service and parts with excellence in customer service.
So it is with great pleasure that we can announce that the Serviform America technical team can rely on two new profiles. One is Jeff Jensen, back to our organization after a while and the other is Jake Clark, quite known technical support guy in the industry. Years of experience in the bending equipment now together with us.
Both of them were in Caravaggio, Italy, for an intense training session, some weeks ago.

"As valuable as training with the experienced technicians we already have here in the US is, receiving uninterrupted consecutive days to train with, and talk to the technicians and engineers at the Serviform factory in Italy is an invaluable tool that we are fortunate enough to have at our disposal.
As impressive as it was to see the process involved in creating, and producing the equipment; it was equally as impressive to meet and get to know all the employees at the Serviform headquarters, that make it all happen.
