2021: What’s up and what’s new?
Dear customer, supplier and partner,
Never has a year started with more expectations than 2021: we all can’t wait for SARS Cov-2 to be a distant memory so to return to the well-known normality.
Nevertheless, and despite the pandemic, in 2020 we launched two crucial products with which we set another milestone for the market: Rubbot2020, the fully automatic pick-and-place robot which dramatically boosts the die-makers’ productivity and LineA, the new generation of high-end benders. Moreover, we completely restructured our way of getting in contact with our machine users creating Remote Care, the One-to-One remote video conference with the aim of working on your files and installing new machines. Training session are now safer and more effective.
For the new year, we have clear ideas and an agenda full of activities with which to promote them. Obviously all is connected to the developments of the pandemic but we keep our fingers crossed:

We intend to push online contacts via Teams and Zoom and will further promote our Remote Care Services.
Events:
In case the international health situation will allow it, we will be present at Odyssey (Milwaukee, USA) from 19th-21th of May exhibiting Serviform LineA, Rubbot2020 and a full range of our machines. Maybe the Rubbot as well!
For our customers in Central America (and part of the Latin America) there will be an open doors event in Mexico City in a area still undisclosed briefly after Odyssey, there will be RotaNeXt and LineA on display!
Then in June an Open house North Europe event is planned. Open house setting will be more than likely in the Netherlands, stay tuned!
In the meantime, we are continuing to organize local virtual presentations, in cooperation with local agents.

As absolute pioneers of such technology and proponent of die-makers’ automation, we will continue to highlight and promote the striking features and the outstanding benefits of Serviform Rubbot2020.
Last but not least, and this an unexpected insight, we will present a new machine.
