01. Which production requirements prompted your customers to choose the Serviform machines?
Our customers are unceasingly under pressure regarding the delivery times, therefore they need very high productivity levels. Serviform machines not only offer the necessary speed, they also permit a great deal of versatility and flexibility. Furthermore, we always need a quick and good service in order to grant our customer the necessary production continuity. Serviform backs us up brilliantly, which, of course, helps us, as Fledytec to be even more reliable and efficient.
02. What are the main technical features on which your customers focus on choosing the machines?
Our customers are very keen on finding the best result of the finishing product which means that the operator doesn´t need to adjust the piece of rule before placing it into the plywood. The reason for this is quite obvious: he saves precious time when he does not have to work the piece twice!
Furthermore, our customers appreciate very much the possibility to configurate the most complete machine thanks to the availability of so many different cartridges.
Last but not least, the fact that Serviform machines fulfill 100% of the diemaking jobs is a really winning situation. No mention to the direct and long experience of Serviform group of companies in diemeking!
03. Why do customers choose Fledytec?
I have been involved in diemaking business for nearly 45 years now, as I started working for Sandvik in 1974. During this years, we worked very hard and focused on providing the best and quickest service has turned Fledytec the most reliable company of the business and customer are rewarding us with their trust. In fact, our companies are known because we always try to give tangible solutions to the customer requirements.
04. What is the aspect that makes you proud about the way you do business?
Thanks to this intense and strenuous work during so many years, customers now trust us 100%. As one of the most important results, Seviform machines reach a market share of 95% (even more) in our country today.
After selling one machine, we stay always very close to the customer, solving rapidly any feasible problem, offering the best service possible. All this, together with the high quality of the machines, makes the ‘dream team’ Serviform/Fledytec again the first option for future purchases.
05. The challenge for the next 5 years?
The greatest challenge of the near future will be to motivate our customers to replace their old machinery with the new generation of high performing ones.
Further, we will continue to defend our high market share, a task which is getting more and more challenging, due to the aggressive competitors which besiege our market with very low prices products.
