Dear customers, partners and suppliers,
We are now heading towards the end of 2021 and 2022 is practically here: 12 months of ups and downs linked to the worldwide pandemic which we all would like to leave quickly behind, but which still seems to love messing around, making our lives challenging more than ever. Nevertheless, we from Serviform, instead of crying in our beer, prefer drinking a good glass of Italian wine and looking at the bright side of life!
Indeed, 2021 was a booming year in terms of overall sales. A really great endorsement of the top quality and great reliability of our machines, as well as of the great, overall team work between Serviform headquarters and the agents all over the world.
Clearly, are we very proud and deeply thankful to all our customers which choose Serviform products: a satisfied client is the best reference for our company!
What was up in the last 12 months? Let’s just recall quickly a few highlights:
1. As business travels were still impossible, we fine-tuned our online product presentation and product installation thanks to the introduction of a new body cam, the “Remote Care gear”. This device allows us to guide product set ups from a distance without missing any question from the customer. Our installation service reported about several set-ups and how they could really make the difference by using this new technology.
2. Furthermore, we talked about LineA, EcoGiant, RubbA1000, RubbA Save and EcoPlus. Skymilla, our brand-new milling system, will be presented in 2022, but we will soon disclose more details.
3. Another way to ‘travel’ was to interview some of our most representative customers all over the world: together we moved from Czech Republic (Karel Kanák) over Spain (BNC Troqueles) to Morocco (Laser Technologie Emballage).
