Our Serviform IntegrA Crease offers a very original and brilliant way to get over the above mentioned impasse. In fact, though being a completely separated unit, it is perfectly integrated within the internal organization of the production process.
Thanks to the SDDS Serviform Software, you can operate Serviform IntegrA Crease directly from all the Serviform bending units installed and/or you can work directly on this machine for the processing of creasing rules.
This way IntegrA Crease becomes part of the network of Serviform machines, so even if the machine is physically far away, its work is completely integrated in the production process!
This clever solution allows your bending units have all their capacity available to concentrate on bending the cutting rules, while IntegrA Crease can take over not only the creasing but also the production of perforation rule just adding specific tools, the machine can also process perforation and cut/crease rules.
