We are pleased to announce we have released a new software package which integrates and increases the profitability and ease of use of RubbA machines.
In addition to the standard Serviform interface for the RubbA machine which allows to use standard diemaking formats input to the machine and optimises the driving and selection of cutting parameters/tools we are now introducing the RubbAsave software.
RubbAsave allows to position on the cutting table with easy to use commands with the built-in projector the waste of rubber and include in this area the parts to be cut automatically nested. RubbAsave software re-calculates the positioning of the pieces to be cut taking into consideration the waste rubber area defined, if the space selected is not enough to place the desired pieces of rubber RubbAsave splits the pieces to be cut in two parts.
