Serviform at the upcoming Viscom 2018 with EngView Package & Display Designer Suite
We are pleased to announce that the Serviform Group will participate in the upcoming Viscom Italia 2018, pad. 12, stand D41, presenting EngView Package & Display Designer Suite of which it is the exclusive distributor for Italy and launching a preview for Italy packGATE, the cloud-based solution for diecutters and diemakers that wish to expand their online activities. With this solution customers can easily design and order their customized packaging online.
As many of you know, our company has long been working with EngView Systems, a company specializing in the creation of parametric CAD / CAM software systems. Its main product, the EngView Package & Display Designer Suite, one of the most appreciated worldwide, is a software dedicated to the creation of boxes and displays for the salespoint.
Viscom Italia, the international fair dedicated to the visual communication market, will take place from 18 to 20 October 2018 in the 8/12 pavilions of Fieramilano. At its thirtieth edition, the exhibition confirms its privileged observatory on trends concerning the world of creativity applied to the markets of advertising, design, interior decoration, retail and brand industry.

Shoplifting: a trade, a challenge!
Shoplifting is certainly one of the most delicate phases of the die-cutting process, if only because customers often want to do without it. As we all know, it is not possible to disregard this intervention, for a series of important reasons: first of all it is necessary to obtain an uniform cut and creasing; increases the life of the punch, compensates the accumulation of tolerances of the elements; compensates the height and the 'non-position' of certain threads in a punch and, last but not least, compensates the deformations of the machine. In order to be able to make a shoplifting work of art, professional materials are needed. Our range of products has been chosen with care and with the experience of those who make dies at home.
Here's what we recommend:
Profitec: Shoplifting tape in gummed paper 3.0, 6.0, 12, 20 and 30 mm. High quality tape with a constant thickness. The three colors blue (30 micron), red (50 micron), yellow 80 micron) distinguish the different types of tape thickness. Packs with different number of rolls depending on the width of the tape.
Sure Shim: Steel shoplifting tape, thickness 0.03, 0.05 and 0.10 mm, width 6.0 mm.
Cartatack: Special paper calibrated in formed sheets: 1020x720 mm, 1050x760 mm, 1440x1020 mm, 1030 x 735 sp. 0.10 mm or roll h.1200 mm x 50m
Cartatack for shoplifting area: Paper calibrated in sheets size 1000x750, thickness 30 microns, for shoplifting area.
