Furthermore, the machine processes steel rules from 1,5 to 4 Pt up to 32 mm high and shares the range of cartridges of our Serviform LineA machine. From EcoPlus you can therefore expect the best of punching performances, as with this machine speed is never compromising quality.
By the way, thanks to this new bending sleeve concept the change from a steel rule thickness to another is quicker than ever! On the EcoPlus all the nicks are manufactured using our well known 4 position Revolver nicking cartridges. A double side broaching unit. You can do your punch nicking comfortably on-line using our Revolver cartridges. The process gains an unbelievable speed compared to the past! This means you finish working before and share more of your leisure time with whoever you like!
Now also a Dovetail cartridge is available: cut/crease with real cut and real crease rule are now possible and also same height combo rules are done in seconds. Special operations such as perforation, cut/crease etc.are offered as option.
As standard all the machines of the SDDS (Serviform Digital Diemaking System) are driven by a newly developed software based upon latest Windows release. This software, specially developed for the diemaking industry, is a user interface sending machine command to real PLC.
