RotaNeXt, as we know it nowadays, origins from the first multiple diameter rule bender for rotary dies, the Rotax Plus, which Serviform created back in 2012! An incredible intuition which widely anticipated all the competition of this particularly demanding segment.
As far as speed is concerned, RotaNeXt compared to Rotax Plus is 30% faster! RotaNeXt is available on the market since 2016.
With hundreds of installations world wide, RotaNeXt, is the most advanced and comprehensive rule production centre for rotary dies. Well in a few word it is the only machine being able to do 100% of the required operations for the ruling of a rotary die.
Here the key features at a glance:
- handling of all types of curved and straight rule as well as notched and no notch rule;
- processing of all inside diameters of 6.7’’ to 31.5’’ with great accuracy of length and bending;
- thanks to a perfectly engineered smaller bending head, RotaNeXt can produce bend pieces which are difficult to obtain with any other machine on the market;
- fully programmable bridge width and depth by utilizing motorized cartridges;
- production of cut/crease and perf rule with controlled depth;
- production of pieces with a miter/lip on both ends;
- option for scribing of RotaNeX if identification of individual pieces of rule needed;
- for EVOL dies, Serviform RotaNeXt has been punching gate holes for years;
- for lasercrease rules processing, RotaNeXt can handle 6 on 4 as well as 8 on 4 laser crease.
