We are a diecutting factory based in San Sebastian, Spain. Our team counts 22 very skilled persons who produce high performance cutting dies for the packaging industry. |

What is the market you are mainly serving? |

We mainly serve corrugated cardboard packaging industry all over Europe and North Africa. |

Why did you choose Serviform over the competition? |

We have been knowing Serviform since more than 20 years. Their machines help us reach the highest productivity levels with great accuracy. |

How do you use our product/service, and how do you find that process? |
|
Serviform machines are of paramount importance in our die-assembling process. We use them on different parts of our manufacturing division which needs to be highly efficient. |

How have you benefited from using our product/service? |
|
In 2001, the aquisition of one of the first Serviform Unica in Spain was a very important decision. It allowed us automize a process that had been totally manual before. So it represented a very big change for us.
During the last years thanks to the purchase of the full optional versions of Serviform Idea and EcoGiant we could improve our productivity up to more than 40%.
We will also deploy a Serviform LineA before the end of this year. The speed and the quality of this machine are impressive. We want to get new projects and customers mostly in the e-commerce and the food industry. |

How has our product/service improved your day-to-day life? |

As we stated above, thanks to the Serviform machines, we essentially reached a very high degree of automatization throughout our production process which led to an increase of productivity of over 40%. |

What have you learned from working with us? |
|
We can say that Serviform is nowadays not just a supplier, but a real partner. We have a very good relationship and the communication flow is so smooth that it is almost continuous. They are really very reactive when we need their interventions: they help us very quickly whatsoever is needed.
Our sister companies in Mexico and Colombia are also official agents for Serviform machines and we are also getting very good results together. |

What you think Serviform has “peculiar” compared to other suppliers you have? |

Flexibility, for a start! Then they are doing a lot of Research and Development, being always up to facing new projects. Last but not least, their technical after-sales service is very fast and good. |

What would you say to other businesses facing the same challenges as you did? |
|
I would 100% recommend Serviform machines to other die shops. Our company made huge improvements in efficiency and productivity thanks to these machines. |
