Dear Customers, Suppliers and Partners,
Oops… We did it again: surely most of you are caught up in the traditional last minute Christmas shopping rush even if this year you swore you would have started buying gifts in August. Time is a precious resource which it is passing by relentlessly but even if the future will shine bright, the certainties are anchored in the positive experiences of the past.
We at Serviform are looking back on another year crowded with many different kind of customer interactions which confirmed their trust in our products, service and skills.
Take IADD FSEA Odyssey 2023, Milwaukee-USA, for instance: together with Serviform America, we launched officially our new RotaPro and could welcomed numerous customers and prospects on our booth. Before the end of the year we successfully delivered the third lot of these machines, a good start, isn’t it?
What about SERVIFORM OH!, the international OpenHouse event which took place in September the 14th and 15th 2023: there we put all of our rock 'n’ roll soul in it! Professionals from all over the world came to visit not only our HQ but also our die shop, the first one in Italy with two Bobst certifications, which is by the way, our product tester. There was also the whole product range in working conditions ready for the visitors to be tested: EcoPlus, EcoGiant, LineA, IntegrACrease, IntegrAStrip, RotaPro, SkyMilla2513, RubbA1000, Rubbot2100, and Tacto2.0. We deploy them every day with great success.
Of course, not to forget, our softwares FabriCode (Industry 4.0 data collection software) and Projecto (Diemaking production management software) which did already prove their excellent performance since the launch last year.
Last but not least, some customer success stories gave us the opportunity to look into the day-by-day business of some very skilled fellow die makers and have a glance at their important experiences.
Spoiler alert (another certainty!): 2024 will be DRUPA year and WE WILL BE THERE EXHIBITING; for sure that’s just a small bite of many more news to come, so… Stay in touch!
