Hello Colombia!
Here we are, after the first installation of an Eco 2.0 here we are with a new Idea at Cripack in Cali.
Cripack is by far the leading diemaker in Colombia, it is a quality and innovation reference for the Andean market. Established in 1991 Cripack is manufacturing flat bed and rotary dies. Omar José Ortega, owner and CEO of the company, always kept a very solid link to Europe in order to have in his country the latest, most productive and most accurate technologies available for diemaking.
After having tested different benders Omar investigated in a hard way on the market to look for better performing machines.
After years of investigation and studies here he is with our agent Jon Lasa (Plecamer) and technician Miguel Cervantes ready to celebrate to the installation of his IDEA machine in his plant in Cali, Colombia. The installation went well and Omar and all his staff were surprised by the speed of the machine and its broaching unit.
We asked Omar why he chose a Serviform machine and he told us that when he first saw a Serviform machine at the IADD Odyssey he thought it was the Ferrari of the automatic diemaking machines, from that date he never stopped to think how to be able to invest in the Idea.
