More time for bending - Smart organization of internal production process

Today, on the occasion of the opening of Odyssey 2017, we are extremely proud to announce the launch of IntegrA CS - a world premier - Serviform’s first and brand new creasing and stripping rule processor.
How often did you hear your customers scrutinizing their own internal processes in the search of a better optimization of their production time? Even if they have the most advanced and performing machines, they feel there must still be some margin for improvement.
'Cause when the goin' gets tough, the tough get goin' is not only one of Sen. John “Bluto” Blutarsky’s most famous quotes, but we like it to be part of our mission! Our customers need more bending production capacity on their units, we outsource the processing of creasing and stripping rules to a completely autonomous production center!
The name IntegrA stays for integration. In fact, there are two things which make the unit a really winning must-have for your company:
1. the machine can be perfectly integrated within the internal organization of the production process
2. this is possible since it features the SDDS Serviform Software
3. IntegrA CS becomes part of the network of Serviform machines
Thanks to this smoothless interface, you can operate Serviform IntegrA CS directly from all the Serviform bending units installed and/or you can work directly on IntegrA CS for the processing of creasing and stripping rules.
This means for your production process that your bending units have all their capacity available to concentrate on bending the cutting rules, while Serviform IntegrA CS processes the creasing and stripping rules. But this is not the only function: by using specific tools, the machine can also process perforation, cut/crease rules and dynamic stripping claws.
Hence, to make things simple and clear: IntegrA CS has a double configuration: creasing and stripping. With the creasing function one a fast and effective output unit stacks up the produced creasing rules automatically, with the stripping unit and the specific bending head IntegrA CS works steel to 55 mm.
