Multitasking is sort of a super-power everybody wishes to have. While women are naturally gifted with it, let’s say that men have still a lot to learn. So, what do humans - in this case men - do, when they lack something: they invent it! This is how the multitasking skills of our RubbA1000, our automatic ejection rubber cutting machine, were generated: we put it in its DNA and now we tell you what benefits you get from it and how many other advantages bring the machine to your overall rubber cutting process!

RubbA1000 first of all features a bigger working area, which is now 1200x1000 mm. In this way you can program multiple jobs at once and put them in the same cutting process. Thanks to this wider space availability, you foster time optimization and maximize waste reduction.
Waste reduction has always been one of our primary ambitions: therefore, it comes quite naturally that RubbA1000 is RubbAsave ready! RubbAsave, the Serviform tailored interface, allows to the operator to re-use the pads of waste rubber and, through a very powerful automatic nesting software, to use the rubber surface to the maximum.
Moreover RubbA1000 can work with a full size rubber sheet. This means you won’t lose time to split your sheets before working them, so you will save precious time during your production process!
Based on mechanical blade system, this machine guarantees an absolute acceptable production speed as well as perfect quality cutting performance and mechanical reliability at very competitive operation/service costs. And… Forget about any rubber drying time!
The mechanical rigidity and the tool beam allow you to apply accelerations and cutting speeds considerably higher than cutting systems based on plotters. No mention to super high oscillation frequency of the cutting head, RubbA1000 is a real industrial cutting machine not comparable to other plotter based solutions on the market.
RubbA1000 can perform kiss cut, processing self-adhesive rubber without cutting the adhesive protection liner. Moreover, with zero drying time the rubber can be directly installed on the die.
The operator can easily decide where to cut the rubber and optimize the cutting path thanks to a high luminosity beamer which projects the cutting paths on the rubber sheet.
What about the comfort of the die makers? The super silent pneumatic cutting tool of RubbA1000 guarantees a contented working environment.
RubbA1000 also speaks die-maker's language! Our new tailored die-making software interface, Direct CF2 and DDES formats feed the machine, so no additional file generation is required.
