During the last months we presented you some of our products, their various technical features and the benefits for your business.
An item, which is nearly as much important to us as the creation of powerful and smart machines, is to be sure that our partners and customers are able to use their whole potential correctly. For this reason we created a new Training Centre in Caravaggio which we consider a sort of a gym, where our agents and our customers can learn how to make the best out of our products.
Training means for us first of all that you can literally lay your hands on the products. Our colleagues from the Service department dedicate all the time needed to show how the machines work. Within the dedicated room the machines can be opened, the single parts can be inspected and the various features are analysed from A to Z.
The same importance as the mechanical part takes also the software of our machines. A specially developed program, the SDDS Serviform Digital Die-making System, in fact, drives all of them. SDDS software is a powerful and flexible tool, which allows to import standard CAD files and to integrate all necessary functions to achieve fully automatic die-making.
Our Training program can be divided in two levels: train the customers and train the trainer. The latter is, obviously even more detailed, as the trainee has not only to understand the products perfectly, but he also has to be able to answer all the questions the customer on his markets may address to him.
The new Training Center also features a spacious meeting room, where our staff teaches the theoretic part of our products and where also other product meetings are taking place. Obviously a high standard Espresso machine is there, we cannot leave the people coming here for a training without a cup of warm Espresso!
Since the opening of the facility, by the end of last year a training session took place nearly every week. We had customers and partners France, Germany, England, Japan, Mexico, USA and more studying and working on our machines.
We are convinced that a competent and professional training session is as much important as the purchase of a good machine. Learning the whole potential of a product right from the beginning allows you to take advantage of the device from the start, without losing time and money. We from Serviform see the training to be part of the machine. This is why we insist so much on it.
