Why is rubber waste management so important to us? We think it fits in the overall issue of a correct waste management, which is crucial for the environment. Environment quality means life and work quality and at the same time, it is linked to production costs and its optimization which helps our customer to make to most out of the production material.
This is why we created RubbAsave, the tailored rubber waste reduction of RubbA1000: it allows to the operator to re-use the pads of rubber waste and, through a very powerful automatic nesting software, to use the rubber surface to the maximum!

RubbA1000, the top-of-the-range automatic ejection rubber cutting machine can do even more than ‘only’ save rubber. Thanks to the mechanical blade system, expressly developed for the die making industry, top quality cut level is guaranteed without maintenance and service costs of a water jet system. This means that we help you we avoid wasting your money on expensive and unnecessary maintenance work and your rubber will never get wet!
The bigger working area of RubbA1000 which is now 1200x1000 mm, offers more working space. This means the you can program multiple jobs at once and put them in the same cutting process.
RubbA1000 can therefore work with a full-size rubber sheet! Can you imagine how much time you can save during your production process?
Eventually, a quieter working environment! Your operators will thank you for it, as the pneumatic cutting tool of RubbA1000 (obviously available also on RubbA, even if already installed) is now super silent.
RubbA1000 can perform kiss cut, processing self-adhesive rubber without cutting the adhesive protection liner. At the end of the cutting process rubber is obviously dry so it can be directly installed in the die.
A high luminosity beamer projects the cutting paths on the rubber sheet so the operator can easily decide where to cut the rubber and optimize the cutting path.
RubbA1000 also speaks die-maker's language thanks to our new tailored die-making software interface! Direct CF2 and DDES formats feed the machine, no additional file generation is required.
