Here we are with a new edition of our interviews ‘A Day with’ which is dedicated to Euracier, our historical French partner.
What makes French people so typically French? You might have heard the most exotic conjectures, such as: they like complicated things, they prefer rhetoric, abstractions and ideas to facts and practical thinking, they typically make quick decisions which they might revise later on, they have a ‘râleur character’, which basically means, that they love complaining about all and everything. A smart French guy (Alan Gide, a Nobel Prize winner) even said that "French people are Italian people in bad mood".
We discovered that they are (also) very self-ironic and straight to the point. Besides, they are very good business men, considering the market share Euracier has in France…

01. Which production requirements prompted your customers to choose the Serviform machines?
Beyond the world wide famous Italian design , machines created by diemakers are perfectly matching the diemakers needs. Thanks to the generous mind of Italian diemakers to guide the rest of the world out of the Darkness.
02. What are the main technical features on which your customers focus on choosing the machines?
It is strange that Italians, known as smart guys, are designing machines which are lasting so long… Other qualities, our customers are looking for are efficency and reliability.
03. Why do customers choose Euracier?
Honestly, they choose Serviform machines and then we give the good service we can.
04. What is the aspect that makes you proud about the way you do business?
We are proud of the results , we do not care about the way!
05. The challenge for the next 5 years?
